What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a long-term B2B customer success role supporting EMEA accounts, where I can own customers from onboarding through renewal, use data to improve adoption and retention, and partner with senior stakeholders on expansion.

At Hilti, I own 25 strategic software and service accounts across EMEA, holding 0% churn and 100% renewal while growing software ARR to EUR 1.2M. I use account health reviews and quarterly business reviews to turn adoption into measurable customer value, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.

I've also built Hilti Denmark's Professional Services function from 4 to 10 people, cutting churn from 27% to 8% across a EUR 14M line. I bring hands-on experience in customer implementations, executive stakeholder conversations, value-based selling, and multilingual Nordic and EMEA customer coverage.
