I've led large-scale cultural and education programmes across Ireland, including Cork 2005 European Capital of Culture, where I co-managed a €9M budget, recruited 2.5K production staff, and helped attract a 4M audience. I also served as Artistic Director and Executive Producer for Northern Odyssey, Ireland's largest indoor community spectacle, delivered with 10K participants.
As Deputy Principal at Cork ETB School of Music and former Deputy Director at PDST, I've co-led strategic operations, professional development, recruitment and multidisciplinary teams of up to 280 people. I bring public-sector, commercial and not-for-profit experience in stakeholder management, fundraising, financial governance and turning creative concepts into viable strategies.
