Covid-19 Officer for "The Book of Names", a co-production with ANU, at the 2021 Dublin Theatre Festival. Additionally assisted with company ticketing holds and requests.

Company Manager on "Medicine", written and directed by Enda Walsh and starring Domhnall Gleeson, at the 2021 Edinburgh International Festival and Galway International Arts Festival.

Drama teacher for 3rd-8th grade students.

Production Assistant for the interview series on PBS, "Tell Me More with Kelly Corrigan".

Responsible for creating a safe and welcome environment for all employees. This included the management and upkeep of all apartment rentals for visiting artists as well as responding to medical emergencies and submitting workers compensation claims.

Coordinated logistics related to press appearances. Hired hmu artists, scheduled studio teachers according to child labor laws, booked travel and lodging for talent, created itineraries for press tours, arranged per diem payments, and provided support at PR events.

Supported the company management office on the show’s pre-Broadway tour in Los Angeles and Toronto. Coordinated international freight shipping/deliveries, created informational materials on housing options and tour destinations, and tracked reimbursement payments.

Coordinated all travel, housing, transportation, and hospitality for the Summer Residency Lab, a month-long new play development program. Trained, supervised, and created schedules for rehearsals, interns, and the Catering and Production Assistant.

Sent actors audition notices, screened audition submissions for quality and accuracy, edited any fixable audio, and contacted actors should they need to re-record.

Provided customer service support for ticket-related enquiries, sold tickets and subscriptions, processed ticket exchanges, and manned the will call booth before showtime.

Provided customer service, checked tickets, ensured all public areas were prepared for performance, and ushered patrons to their seats.

Managed communication and provided hospitality to the cast, crew, creative team, production company, and theatre staff. Tracked box office sales, organized PR and marketing events, distributed per diem, and arranged opening night festivities.

Contracted actors, arranged out of town artists’ travel and housing, reconciled department expenses, and assisted with visa processing for foreign talent. Stage management assistant on Rachel Chavkin and Dave Malloy's "Moby Dick" workshop.

Coordinated the artist hospitality and dining experience for the Summer Residency Lab of 2015 and 2016.

Recruited volunteers and served as a team leader at Cal Shakes’ 21st Annual Gala. Created new Cal Shakes welcome content and informational materials for out of town artists.

Directed small productions and taught acting, singing, dance, and improv exercises to children ages 3-12.

Provided customer service at the office’s front desk, sold tickets at the box office, processed donations, created employee schedules, and performed clerical duties.

Stage managed the highly successful, original production of "Tinderella: the Modern Musical" (dir. Rose Oser). The show was a Theatre Bay Area Finalist for Outstanding World Premiere Musical, and the show has since been produced by Custom Made Theatre Company in San Francisco.

Provided rehearsal-room support for the development of a "Eddie the Marvelous, Who Will Save the World" by The Kilbanes.

Thesis investigated career sustainability for nonprofit theatre managers beyond COVID-19.
