What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a fast-paced events/project role where I can own end-to-end delivery—logistics, budgets, contract negotiation, and stakeholder coordination—while partnering with marketing teams to drive promotion and smooth on-site execution.

I’m a project and events professional with 10 years’ experience coordinating live events, managing logistics, and bringing projects to a smooth on-site execution. I’m comfortable in high-pressure, fast-paced environments and I build strong relationships with stakeholders to keep delivery on track.

In my most recent role as Concert Promoter & Events Coordinator with MCD Productions / Live Nation, Dublin, I coordinated the booking and delivery of large-scale live events—managing talent, on-site execution, budgets, contract negotiation, and financial planning. I also worked across international teams in the UK and Europe, collaborating with marketing and PR teams on campaign planning and event promotion while overseeing end-to-end operations.

Earlier, I managed accreditation for artists and event personnel across multiple large-scale festivals, maintaining accreditation systems and data using Excel and internal tools. I’ve also coordinated weekly live events as Artist & Events Manager and supported brand activations as Executive Assistant to Director, plus handled box office operations and on-site logistics as Operations & Promotions Supervisor. Outside of formal roles, my independent travel across 22 countries and volunteering experience have sharpened my adaptability and cultural awareness—skills I bring directly into event delivery.
