What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can coordinate administrative workflows, bookings, calendars, customer communication, and operational tasks while continuing to grow in a service-focused, organized team.

I've managed an independent Airbnb short-term rental end-to-end since 2022, coordinating reservations, cleaning schedules, guest communication, payment issues, refunds, and remote incident resolution.

At Costa Esmeralda, I served as the primary contact for property owners during peak seasons, handling reception, digital ticketing, high-volume documentation, and resident inquiries with clear follow-up.

I also founded and operated Afrodita Lencería, where I managed suppliers, inventory, product catalogs, customer support, and sales records. Previously, I supported a COVID-19 vaccination center through high-volume data entry, verification, registration workflows, and administrative logistics.

I'm currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Tourism and bring native Spanish, B2 English, and hands-on experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Trello, and Notion.
