I’m an STR Operations Specialist & Virtual Assistant with over 6 years of combined experience spanning short-term rental management, virtual assistance, mindfulness facilitation, and e-commerce customer service. For nearly 3 years, I’ve supported a US-based STR property management company fully remotely, managing guest communications end-to-end and building repeatable workflows that keep operations running smoothly. I bring deep expertise in Guesty, Breezeway, Hospitable, and Conduit, along with bilingual English/Spanish communication that strengthens guest satisfaction.

I’m hands-on and proactive: I manage inquiries, check-in instructions, mid-stay support, and issue resolution across Airbnb and Vrbo, while also setting up automated messaging workflows in Hospitable. I monitor and correct AI-generated responses in Conduit to ensure accuracy, tone consistency, and brand alignment, and I coordinate cleaning and maintenance tasks in Breezeway for every check-in and check-out. I’ve onboarded and trained new virtual assistants, acted as a team lead during onboarding, and wrote and maintained company SOPs as tools and workflows evolved—because I believe clarity, accountability, and great communication are what make guest experiences consistently excellent.
