I've supported Penn Medicine across Surgical Services, Financial Services, and Patient Services, coordinating preoperative testing, surgery schedules, medical records, imaging, prior authorizations, and patient inquiries. I help ensure patients have the diagnostic evaluations, insurance information, and care coordination needed before surgery.
I've also trained new hires, covered administrative needs across multiple locations, and used EPIC to schedule, reschedule, and manage patient appointments. I'm currently building on my healthcare administration background through a Bachelor of Science in Health Information Administration and a Google Data Analytics certification.
