I’m a healthcare professional with hands-on clinical experience, bringing a detail-driven approach to patient care coordination and documentation. I’m motivated by clear communication, accuracy, and supporting better outcomes for every patient and provider team.

Since May 2023, I’ve worked as a Surgical Technologist at Bradley Medical Center, where I explain procedures, assist with appointment preparation, and anticipate procedural needs to support surgeons. I also maintain sterile environments, coordinate surgical instruments and supplies, and ensure safety standards and quality outcomes through consistent documentation.

Earlier, I served as a Medical Assistant at Total MD (September 2019–September 2020), verifying patient information, conducting patient intake, reviewing medical histories, and coordinating referrals and prescriptions. I recorded vital signs, managed patient communications and appointment-related inquiries, and handled data entry and record updates with an emphasis on HIPAA compliance.

From February 2017 to October 2018, I worked as a Patient Care Technician at Lowell General Hospital, monitoring and documenting patient conditions and vital signs while assisting with daily living, mobility needs, and patient/family education. Across roles, I’ve strengthened my skills in EMR/EHR, medical terminology, patient registration, telehealth support, and customer-focused care—always prioritizing safety, professionalism, and problem-solving.
