My background includes leadership in medical billing, team development, and process improvement at Change Healthcare, as well as quality and systems experience in industrial settings. Now at Glens Falls Hospital as a Surgical Scheduler, I coordinate complex surgical workflows, prior authorizations, and provider and patient needs while continually looking for opportunities to improve how the work gets done.

I'm currently supporting ENT procedures at Glens Falls Hospital by managing surgical booking, patient scheduling, provider availability, authorizations, and case logistics.

I've coordinated with patients, surgeons, advanced practice providers, OR scheduling teams, insurers, and medical-device representatives, while resolving scheduling conflicts and building processes that improve efficiency.

Previously, at Change Healthcare, I led domestic and international accounts receivable teams, developed client-launch protocols, delivered training, and improved billing workflows. At Finch Paper, I progressed from 5th Hand to Quality Laboratory Technician, performing quality testing across four paper-production machines.
