At REHAU Business Services, I own translation processes for companies worldwide, including vendor and contract management, TMS administration, and machine translation implementation. I’m also exploring AI solutions for localization, including AI agents for quality reviews.
I handle quality assurance by addressing complaints, resolving disputes, and organizing customer satisfaction surveys. I also prepare files for TMS processing, report on process KPIs, and support invoicing.
At Grupa Allegro, I managed translation and localization projects for Allegro, Naspers, PayU, Ceneo, OLX, and other listed companies. I coordinated international project implementations and managed an in-house translation team.
I developed in-house translation tools with IT professionals and built translation memories in memoQ. I’m a sworn translator of English and Polish, and I’ve completed postgraduate studies in technical communication and technical writing.
