What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue delivering complex localization or interpreting projects where I can coordinate vendors and stakeholders, improve workflows, manage budgets and resources, and maintain high service quality across multilingual environments.

I'm delivering end-to-end interpretation projects for GEMRA & IURIDICO and the European Union Agency for Criminal Justice Cooperation, coordinating high-stakes multilingual delivery from interpreter logistics to client and vendor alignment.

I manage 40+ interpreting projects each month while maintaining a 98% on-time delivery rate. I handle budgeting, forecasting, quoting, invoicing, tender coordination, and Excel-based reporting while working within ISO 9001 and ISO 27001-certified processes.

Previously at TOPPAN Digital Language, I managed localization projects across 20+ languages using STREAM, MemoQ, and Trados. I recruited and managed language vendors, allocated resources strategically, and supported scalable multilingual operations across diverse markets.

My experience also includes Spanish customer care at Smith & Nephew, where I managed complex cases, maintained financial records in SAP and Salesforce, and partnered across teams to improve service delivery.
