In my recent role as Chief-of-Staff, I supported the launch of 3 new businesses (managing 2), acquired 2 major partnerships, and helped drive the successful sale of a business unit. I also led operational excellence efforts, including driving the CEO’s first book launch, managing contractual partnerships, and providing end-to-end execution across ventures like real estate, coaching, and business operations.

Previously, as an Executive Coaching & Engagement Manager at Mindmaven, I partnered with senior leadership to deliver high-impact communication, change management, and AI tools training. I owned onboarding for new engagement managers, led operational support across teams, and strengthened lesson/operations quality—building the kind of grounded, measurable momentum I bring to every engagement.
