I'm a Learning Experience Designer who turns expert knowledge into certification programs, courses, and learning systems that people actually finish and use, not just complete. I lead with a discovery-led design process, understanding what a learner actually needs before building anything, then testing and refining based on real results rather than assumptions.

At Lumina, the learning design studio I run, I built a five-stage delivery process (discover and define, map the canvas, design and build, implement and facilitate, assess and monitor) that's produced work like a 13-page interactive onboarding workbook and full training curricula with visual learning-path indexes. I also authored a manifesto on AI in education and turned it into two different course formats, an eight-week blended version and a two-day in-person version, to test which format actually landed better with different audiences.

Earlier in my career, I built the onboarding curriculum, competency benchmarks, and performance standards used to scale the Engagement Manager team at Mindmaven, and spent over six years at RareJob Philippines supervising a 30-plus person team and building the quality control standards that kept instruction consistent across thousands of lessons. I'm TESOL certified with a B.Ed. in English, and I use AI daily, not as a shortcut, but to design and test learning faster without losing quality.
