At CoStar Group, I investigate and map commercial tenants across regional and national markets, maintaining CRE intelligence in the CoStar database. I track tenant movements, lease expirations, expansion plans, and corporate hierarchies.
I use outbound calls, interviews, and web research to verify lease terms, occupancy, and contact details. I also use MS Excel and CoStar systems to clean and enrich tenant and property records for brokers, investors, and occupiers.
Previously, at OnTheMarket (CoStar Group), I qualified leads, researched markets and decision-makers, and conducted cold-call and email outreach. At Sky PLC, I promoted products in retail locations and provided tailored recommendations to customers.
