Previously at Exycute (SmartLabs), I directed recruitment and staffing-agency coordination, led benefits orientation and open enrollment, and supported performance improvement plans. I also oversaw biannual performance reviews with more than 90% participation and maintained ADP HRIS records.

As an HR & Benefits Coordinator at SmartLabs, I administered benefits and COBRA, managed offboarding and exit interviews, and developed the company internship program. I promoted engagement through DEI and recognition programs while responding to HR inquiries and maintaining policies.
