I’m looking for roles where people, operations, and digital connect—driving HR frameworks, talent strategy, and communications with real ownership. I’m open to freelance, fractional, or full-time engagements.

I’m a multilingual, entrepreneurial people-and-operations professional with 8+ years across HR, organizational design, business operations, and communications. I’ve built and led hiring functions at international scale and now focus on roles where people, operational, and digital domains converge.

During the GE Aerospace separation, I embedded in the GE Separation Management Office to scope and execute 100+ hires for entities with no prior independent structure. Previously, I managed full-cycle talent acquisition across six GE Aerospace entities, delivering 195 white-collar placements across multiple countries.

I’ve also led major HR transformation work—delivering a large-scale enterprise HR audit covering ~350 roles and 2,000+ FTE at ISG, including executive interviews and a market-wide compensation benchmarking study drawing on 1,200+ data points. I’ve designed complete HR frameworks from scratch: culture, career architecture, compensation structures, onboarding, performance management, and employer branding.

More recently, I’ve moved into digital brand building as a solo operator, taking full ownership across brand strategy, identity, video production, and content frameworks. I blend structured people operations with modern content and digital tools to help teams and brands grow.
