What I'm looking for
I’ve spent the last 6 years in technical recruitment and 4 years in global people management, helping companies find the right talent and build strong teams. I started in agency recruitment and gained experience working within RPO models, then focused on supporting startups as they scale—building hiring processes and people foundations from the ground up.
In my current work, I own global end-to-end recruitment (tech & non-tech) with an internal scorecard system, and I partner closely with hiring managers across HU, ISL, UK and US. I also take responsibility for employee branding and career page ownership to strengthen how candidates experience the company.
As a founding recruiter in Global People Operations, I managed the full employee lifecycle (onboarding → mobility → offboarding), owned the company’s ESOP program, and maintained global HR policies in partnership with Legal and Finance. I’ve ensured payroll accuracy, tax compliance, and statutory reporting requirements are met, and I thrive in a remote-first, fast-paced, global team—partnering with senior leaders to deliver results through strong stakeholder alignment, recruitment analytics, offer management, and D&I tracking.
