I’m looking for freelance or stable, growth-oriented opportunities where I can combine my writing, graphic design, and technical support strengths—delivering consistent, quality work from concept to completion with accessible, user-focused results.

I’m a self-published writer & author with a strong technical and design background, and I’ve written and created three books found on Amazon.com. I started my career as an editor for a UK startup company and later expanded into web technical support, coding, and UX/UI design.

Across my work in customer service, technical support, and retail, I focus on being consistent, reliable, and a self-starter—troubleshooting issues, resolving conflicts, and guiding people to the right solutions. I also bring communication strengths from bilingual support (English/Spanish) and experience collaborating across teams.

Today, I direct projects from concept to completion as a freelance website developer & graphic designer, building webpages through WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, and Shopify while creating larger-scale graphics for advertisers. My approach blends clean layout/typography and brand identity with accessibility and assessability-minded quality.
