I'm seeking a remote operations, program, service delivery, people operations, workforce, healthcare operations, or quality and compliance management role where I can lead teams, improve processes, and uphold dependable service standards.

I owned and directed operations at Inspiration Group LLC, leading approximately 65 employees supporting approximately 50 people with developmental, mental, and physical disabilities.

I managed hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, performance, service delivery, documentation, and daily operational problem-solving. I built policies, workflows, training expectations, and service standards while preparing operations for licensing reviews, audits, and inspections.
