What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an operations or customer service leadership role where I can lead teams, improve scheduling and service delivery, use data to drive improvement, and build trusted client and vendor relationships in a flexible or remote environment.

I've led operations for ComTrans of Arizona and ComTrans of Oregon, coordinating scheduling, dispatch, service delivery, and customer issue resolution across distributed teams. In my remote Transportation Manager role, I prepared leadership reporting, maintained documentation accuracy, and supported coordinators through a leadership transition.

As Director of Operations, I trained and developed more than 450 employees and 12 supervisors, managed vendor and client relationships, and improved efficiency by 40% through a new scheduling system.
