I’m looking for a leadership role where I can run dispatch and operations end-to-end—align teams, improve workflow scheduling, strengthen compliance (HIPAA/OSHA/DOT), and deliver excellent customer service in a high-volume environment.

I’m an Operations and Logistics professional with 20+ years overseeing operations management, staff coordination, facilities support, customer service, dispatch management, and administrative functions. I’ve built a reputation for supervising teams, coordinating vendors/contractors, managing workflow scheduling, and maintaining operational standards in fast-paced, high-volume environments.

Most recently, I coordinate daily transportation and dispatch operations for owner-operators and carriers, manage scheduling and customer communication, and support onboarding, compliance documentation, and operational improvements. Previously, I led Business Development & Operations for high-volume accounts generating over $8M annually, and I supervised healthcare support operations where I maintained HIPAA and safety compliance, coordinated outside vendors (e.g., waste management, document destruction, pest control, maintenance), and supported process improvement through operational reporting and performance tracking.
