I’m an operations and transportation leader with experience managing logistics operations, fleet performance, workforce development, compliance programs, and process improvement initiatives across transportation, supply chain, and service organizations. I’ve led operational startups, implemented standardized procedures, and strengthened KPI-focused accountability to improve safety and consistency.

In my transportation roles, I lead daily high-volume operations—driving driver performance and safety compliance, implementing KPI reporting and corrective action plans, and coordinating staffing, training, and resource allocation to support business objectives. I’ve also managed district-wide operations across multiple counties and volunteers, building operational plans and performance tracking systems aligned with strategic goals.

As an Owner/Operations Manager, I managed dispatch, compliance programs, fleet coordination, maintenance scheduling, vendor relationships, and continuous improvement initiatives designed to increase efficiency and service performance. I bring strong operational excellence, SOP development, budget and workforce planning discipline, and a cross-functional leadership style—currently pursuing an MBA in IT Management to deepen technology integration in support of organizational leadership.
