I’m looking for a long-term remote role with real ownership—where I can build SOPs, coordinate multi-workstream delivery, and use AI-assisted automation to accelerate output while proactively protecting data quality and reducing risks.

I’m an operations and AI-delivery professional with 8 years of experience across customer service, quality, policy, and data operations. I’ve supported Australian clients at Concentrix and now support Directors and Senior Managers across six nationalities at TaskUs—delivering consistent execution, proactive risk-flagging, and data-driven updates without being prompted.

As a Business Insight Analyst at TaskUs, I coordinate real-time data requests and status updates for leaders across multiple concurrent workstreams, covering intake, organization, validation, tracking, and reporting. I build and maintain systems tracking 15+ KPIs weekly, write basic SQL for extraction and validation, and configured and deployed Google Gemini Gems across four departments in one week despite starting with no prior SOP or guidance.
