What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can combine dispatch planning and client management with strong troubleshooting and customer service skills. I want a team that values clear communication, fast learning, and analytical decision-making.

I’m currently a Planner (french speaking market), handling the planning of the dispatch of operational teams and client relation management. I’m analytical, fast learning, and I work with a crypto-currency and blockchains mindset.

Previously, I managed a portfolio of 100 important French speaking clients as a VIP account manager, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Earlier, I built strong service experience as a Senior customer experience agent—managing chats and emails for a casino and sports betting company—after roles as a Customer support agent for energy contracts and as a Booking agent arranging freight transportation.
