What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote role — Executive Assistant, People Operations, or Business Operations — where I can support leaders and help build their teams, combining 10+ years of executive support and HR experience.

I'm the person leaders call when they need someone who can run their calendar today and help build their team tomorrow.

With 10+ years across Executive Support, HR, Talent Acquisition, and People Operations in Indonesia, Malaysia, and APAC, I've led teams of up to 12, implemented HRIS systems, and coordinated high-stakes executive events — including Saipem Indonesia's 30th Anniversary for 550+ attendees, the Italian Ambassador, and Saipem's Global CHRO.

This combination is rare: most EAs don't know HR, and most HR professionals aren't built for executive-level pace and discretion. I bring both.

I'm looking for a remote role as an Executive Assistant, People Operations Manager, HR Business Partner, or Chief of Staff — wherever this mix of skills is the missing piece.
