I’m looking for a role where I can own end-to-end people operations and training, improve processes through execution and reporting, and coordinate cross-functionally to deliver measurable results in fast-paced environments.

I’m a strategic, adaptable professional with 5+ years of experience across Human Resources, Personal Assistance, Account Management, and Corporate Operations. I’m known for strong execution, process optimization, and delivering results in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

In Human Capital Development, I manage end-to-end recruitment (70–100 candidates and 20–30 interviews per quarter), design and execute sales training (4 topics per quarter), and oversee employee onboarding/offboarding with payroll and HR compliance accuracy. I also lead operational procurement and expense management to improve cost efficiency and adherence to internal controls.
