I direct Xerox device and technical-solution deployments, validating network configurations, security requirements, and infrastructure readiness for go-live. I also standardize PMO documentation and playbooks to support compliance and audit readiness.
At Texsun, I identified textile production inefficiencies and applied Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methods to reduce waste and improve productivity and quality. Across my work, I’ve delivered over $1M in operational savings through data-driven process improvements.
