What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead complex enterprise, IT, and operational transformation programs where I can apply portfolio delivery, risk management, cross-functional leadership, and multi-country execution.

I've led concurrent enterprise PIM and DAM implementations at NTARA for Crocs, Ariat, and Rust-Oleum, managing portfolios of four to eight projects representing more than US$3 million in corporate revenue.

Across UMPA Systems and consulting engagements, I've delivered satellite telecommunications, enterprise VoIP, digital marketing, process automation, PMO structuring, ERP implementation, and multi-country infrastructure programs for organizations including PepsiCo, Agexport, Telus, NBC, and Bosch. I also scaled a project-management outsourcing practice to a 12-person team and doubled revenue within 12 months.

My work combines end-to-end delivery, P&L ownership, risk and change management, and operational scale-up. I've built revenue from zero to US$650,000 in an agribusiness program, led regional operations across four countries, and taught project management for more than 10 consecutive years.
