I’m a Senior HR Business Partner and HR & Talent Strategy professional with 10 years of experience across strategic HR, organizational design, and consulting environments. I’m known for combining analytical rigor with a deep understanding of human behavior to drive sustainable business impact.

In my recent consulting work, I’ve developed and partially automated onboarding and training processes at SaaS startups, and led org design and culture diagnostics for 300-person organizations to reduce payroll overhead and eliminate duplicated roles. I also design leadership assessment and succession planning programs—mapping readiness levels and defining development trajectories across multiple regions.
