At AnchorzUp, I ran delivery for Learniverse, an AI career development product for the Swiss market, and owned product work for Kaiva, a gamified HCM product. I tested AI-assisted learning plans and interview preparation, researched competitors, and used signup-to-paid drop-off analysis to inform product decisions.
For Learniverse, I designed a multi-agent research setup using the OpenAI Agents SDK and used its output to shape the live website. I also ran A/B tests and coordinated B2B and B2C requests with the external development team.
At hellocare, I led a data platform team and delivered about one million JSON events per day to Mayo Clinic. I built a client dashboard, owned event definitions and data exports, and translated health systems’ clinical and operational questions into reporting requirements.
I also helped scale hellocare’s patient engagement module to about 25 TV types, and it was adopted by about 50 hospital clients. Earlier, at 3CIS J.S.C., I delivered telecom implementation projects for clients including Cisco and Comcast, and built a Power BI tool to track migration progress.
