At Erasmus MC, I advised on strategic business operations and organizational development, and served as deputy lead of a core team of five business advisors. I also advised the Director of the Facilities organization and translated operational challenges into practical analyses and recommendations.
As Manager High-Care, Nephrology & Vascular Surgery at Erasmus MC, I managed two clinical departments and set up a new High-Care service. I also founded Kokos & Kaktus, building a women's fashion business that reached more than 32,000 Instagram followers; the physical clothing business has since been discontinued.
