Elisia Norton

I founded Softly Emboldened Abroad, a relocation coaching and concierge practice for globally mobile women. I designed a three-tier service model, created relocation and onboarding resources, and built a vetted local referral-partner network.

Through my independent emotional resilience and life-transition coaching practice, I support highly sensitive and neurodivergent adults navigating burnout, identity shifts, and major life changes. I provide individual and group coaching, build intake tools, and host workshops on emotional regulation and nervous-system support.

My coaching is informed by more than 15 years of organizational change and workforce development work. At Per Scholas, I built and managed employer partnerships supporting career transitions; at CareerSource Florida, I directed $6.8M in workforce investment funding and helped scale employer-sponsored apprenticeships sevenfold statewide in 15 months.

I bring mental fitness, sensitivity-informed practice, human-centered systems design, and lived experience relocating to Curaçao to my work.
