What I'm looking for
I’m a motivated, very organized hospitality operations and reservations leader with a strong focus on planning/organizing, project management, and goal-driven delivery. I’m flexible, innovative, and I take ownership of operations, guest experience, and performance outcomes.
Most recently, I’ve served as Operation Manager for Breeze Adventures Curacao (over by Bluefinn charters) and previously led the complete Bluefinn Department (Office/Operation Manager) managing a 60-employee operation across reservations, maintenance, storage, buggy/jetski/safari/boats, sales & marketing, and the tour desk. I handled financial status, scheduling, training/manual structure, payroll support, guest complaints, and operational administration.
Across iconic hospitality brands, I’ve led teams and improved measurable results—nominated manager of the 2nd quarter, Selected BLT Champion, award of the most improved department for the whole Marriott company, increased GSS scores, and scoring 100% in the Brand Standard Audit. I also contributed to pre-opening work and event excellence as Meetings and Special Events Manager at The Ritz Carlton Aruba.
I’m comfortable building capability through training and leadership development, from front office and reservations management to weddings and special events. I bring strong financial and operational discipline (forecasting, budgeting, payroll, schedule creation) alongside multilingual communication (Dutch, English, Spanish, Papiamento) and hands-on experience with hospitality systems.
