What I'm looking for

I seek consultancy or programme roles where I can lead donor-funded climate and environmental programmes, drive regional coordination, and produce strategic knowledge products to strengthen resilience.

I am a senior programme and coordination specialist with over 15 years' experience in climate resilience, disaster risk reduction and environmental governance across the Caribbean and Small Island Developing States.

I have led donor-funded programme implementation, regional coordination and multi-stakeholder initiatives, and I bring strong expertise in EU-funded programme frameworks, proposal drafting and contract oversight.

My work emphasizes knowledge management, strategic analysis and synthesis of lessons learned to inform evidence-based decision-making and improve programme alignment across national and regional partners.

I am available for home-based and regional consultancy assignments, offering practical experience in programme coordination, stakeholder facilitation, results-based management and institutional strengthening.
