What I'm looking for
I’m excited to bring more than ten years of remote customer service experience to a pet insurance customer service role. I guide customers through complex, often emotional situations while staying calm, empathetic, and solutions-focused.
In my remote administrative and coordination work, I handled high call volumes, explained services clearly, maintained accurate documentation, and supported compliance. I also bring Property & Casualty insurance training in progress, with a strong emphasis on education and accuracy.
