What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead customer-focused SaaS products from discovery through launch, especially across enterprise platforms, integrations, payments, AI initiatives, and scalable self-service experiences.

At haku, I own product strategy and delivery for SaaS platform features across registration, fundraising, analytics, CRM, mobile applications, and event management.

I've led payment expansions including Stripe upgrades, ACH, Klarna, Swish, and international payment methods; launched Salesforce, Zapier, and QuickBooks integrations; and helped bring an auctioning platform, AI email generation, and AI customer support experiences to market. I also led internationalization efforts that expanded the platform to 12 languages.

Before product management, I directed enterprise customer relationships representing 60% of company revenue, bringing customer needs directly into the product pipeline. I work closely with engineering, design, QA, CX, marketing, and leadership to turn operational gaps into scalable customer-focused solutions.
