I manage Google Ads budgets of €20K–€50K per month, maintaining a stable ROAS of ~5 and reaching ROAS 8 during promotional periods.
I also build AI agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio for research, content workflows and Google Ads analysis, cutting article production time from 4–5 hours to ~1 hour. Previously at AMZScout, I developed retention initiatives that contributed to a 15% increase in customer retention and managed and mentored a team of analysts.
