I'm looking to lead governed, cross-functional product or platform delivery, building scalable PMO and CoE standards that improve operational health, compliance, documentation, and quality-gated execution.

I've led regulated B2B platform delivery at EUROWAG, launching a compliance product vertical within six months and helping it reach twice the initially forecast operational volume.

I build PMO and Center of Excellence standards that connect Product, IT, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations. My work includes SOW and charter governance, technical documentation repositories, quality-gated releases, SLA alignment, health reviews, and escalation routines that remove delivery bottlenecks.

Previously, I grew adoption and generated $15K in MRR at Wrike, managed 200+ HP partner accounts with 30% YoY growth at Webhelp, and created repeatable enablement, CPQ, and product workflow frameworks.
