At JetBrains, I established and lead the PMO, overseeing a portfolio of 50+ initiatives across 13 countries and line-managing five Project Managers. I built a Power BI portfolio dashboard that gives management a single view of delivery status, spend, and resource utilization.

I also hired and onboarded six Project Managers, led the integration of five newly established and acquired entities into the JetBrains Group, and introduced AI-based automation into PMO operations. Earlier, at Etnetera, I managed client-facing implementation projects for enterprise clients including ŠKODA AUTO, O2, Broker Trust, and KKCG, working with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery approaches.
