What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead digital transformation, product delivery, and process optimization initiatives where I can prioritize value, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and improve user adoption through Agile ways of working.

I've delivered digital transformation, process optimization, and cross-functional programs at Škoda Auto for more than six years. As Product Owner for a Digital Adoption Tool, I led implementation, owned backlog prioritization, defined development goals, and improved features through user research and testing.

Previously, I managed multiple projects supporting the Product Development Process, coordinating teams and departments while overseeing budgets, reporting, data analysis, and interns. I also supported purchasing of electrical and infotainment components through supplier negotiations, tenders, and cost optimization.

I combine Agile delivery, stakeholder management, financial planning, and hands-on digitalization experience with strong communication across multicultural teams.
