I’m a ninth-semester Psychology student at Universidad de la Sabana in Bogota, and I’m currently in a Psychology internship at SERES–La Paz Empieza en Casa. I conduct semi-structured interviews in home settings, using active listening and assertive communication to build trust with participants.
In the same role, I administer and interpret psychometric tests and translate the results into intervention plans aimed at reducing risk factors and strengthening protective factors. I also analyze qualitative data through field diaries to support profile analysis and evidence-based decision-making.
Before this, I managed e-commerce and operations at DivaMode111 in Colombia, where I built and managed digital communities (Instagram and TikTok) and served clients across digital channels. I’ve also worked as a commercial advisor at Tiendas Piel, handling client acquisition, customer service, and cash register/store opening procedures.
