I’m a ninth-semester Psychology student at Universidad EAFIT, interested in psychology applied to social and organizational settings. I’m drawn to organizational, educational, and human development contexts where I can connect people, culture, and strategy through research-informed practice.
In my experience, I’ve led public relations, events, and strategic partnerships, strengthening communication and coordination across teams. I’ve also worked as an Organizational Psychology Intern (Recruiter) and supported organizational processes, while building additional experience through language teaching, translation, and coaching youth athletes—always using leadership, assertive communication, creativity, and adaptability to deliver results.
