Mariana Insignares

I’m a digital content designer recognized for creativity, strategic visual thinking, and building effective pieces tailored for social media. I work in an organized, methodical way—handling the full creation process from conceptualization and design to editing and content optimization across digital platforms.

Since January 2020, I’ve worked as a Freelance Digital Content Designer for brands in sectors like medical and tourism. I develop content calendars, copywriting, graphic design assets, and edit short-form videos such as reels—supporting brands like Wosom Tourism, Unidad de Tratamiento del Dolor Colombia, and the podcast Nos Quitamos la Bata.

In parallel, I bring a structured, results-oriented perspective from over seven years in the BPO industry. As a Sr. Quality Evaluator at Concentrix (February 2021–Present), I lead quality improvement through audits and root cause analysis, and I build dashboards and reports based on KPIs and QA scores.

I also support performance with calibration sessions, coaching, and follow-ups—leading work like Blitz for outlier agents to strengthen metrics and customer service skills. I’ve complemented my creative and quality focus with translation work at Portal Media (2021) and a customer service background at Concentrix (2019–2021), plus ongoing education in Digital Design at UNIVERSIDAD SERGIO ARBOLEDA.
