I'm currently managing day-to-day operations at Yugo Spain, supporting a 211-room student residence and up to 430 residents. I coordinate facilities, procurement, financial processes, compliance, suppliers, and resident experiences in a high-volume environment.

Previously at Yugo, I supported operations and commercial activity for a 535-room student residence, coordinating onboarding, arrivals, departures, room allocation, occupancy planning, contracts, and CRM workflows.

My PropTech and real estate experience includes managing investor clients and transaction workflows at TrueHome (Loft México), where I helped move approximately 10 property transactions per month through to contract signing. I've also managed B2B sales operations at Ezétera, developed strategic partnerships at Rappi Mexico, and led commercial teams and sales pipelines.

As a founder and COO of Mi Evento and La Malinche Shop + Care, I led operations, budgets, suppliers, teams, client delivery, and customer experiences. I enjoy connecting people, processes, technology, and physical spaces to deliver well-run operations and strategic projects.
