I'm looking to lead operations and cross-functional projects where I can improve processes, coordinate teams and external stakeholders, and deliver measurable gains in service quality and customer satisfaction.

At Minty Host, I manage operations across Madrid, Sevilla, and Málaga, leading a 10-person cross-functional team and coordinating maintenance and cleaning providers to meet service-quality and response-time SLAs.

I've also managed operations for a portfolio of 600 short-term rental apartments, handling 150–250 daily customer interactions and improving front-desk processes. I connect operations with product development, track NPS and incident-resolution KPIs, recruit and onboard teams, and bring UI/UX and graphic design training to process and customer-experience work.
