I am an experienced property manager focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences and optimising operations across short- and mid-term residential stays. I consistently seek ways to improve processes and empathise with guests to better understand their needs.

In my current role I manage guest communications, uphold property standards, and develop marketing and pricing strategies to reduce void periods and improve occupancy. I prioritise clear communication and operational consistency to raise service quality and revenue outcomes.

I was engaged to modernise lodging operations at a ski resort property, where I optimised the PMS, assessed financial performance, and identified customer pain points. I translate analysis into practical recommendations that improve guest workflows and profitability.

I am completing a Business Management (Marketing) degree and hold certifications in Project Management and Property Management; I am bilingual in Spanish and English and have knowledge of computer hardware. I am driven, adaptable, and eager to join a collaborative team where I can continue to grow and make a meaningful impact.
