At BabyCool in Lisbon, I combined customer service and sales with price updates, merchandise control, and end-to-end customer order management.

I've also worked at Pão da Esquina in the Centro Cultural de Belém, operating the cash register, serving the public, and managing stock. My experience includes administrative, logistics, invoicing, database, reporting, accounting, and project-monitoring support across organisations in Mozambique.
