What I'm looking for

I am seeking a pharmacy technician or healthcare-administration role where I can apply medication-dispensing and insurance-authorization skills, work in a patient-focused team, continue certification, and grow into supervisory responsibilities.

I am a registered pharmacy technician with formal training in pharmacy technology and HIPAA essentials. I bring hands-on experience from a pharmacy externship and a background in healthcare administration and retail management.

During my pharmacy externship I assisted customers with prescriptions, verified insurance and demographics, prepared labeling, and consistently met accuracy and productivity targets. I communicated with physician offices and alerted managers to errors to help maintain safe dispensing practices.

Outside the pharmacy, I have served as a receptionist and retail customer service manager, where I handled front‑desk duties, supervised staff, managed cash office processes, and coordinated with insurance companies to set up plans and process payments.
