What I'm looking for

I'm looking to coordinate complex programs and projects in higher education or the arts, supporting faculty, partners, and diverse audiences through strong operations, communications, event planning, and research-informed work.

I've coordinated interdisciplinary university programs, events, and grant deliverables at Indiana University’s Hamilton Lugar School of Global and International Studies, working closely with faculty, researchers, external partners, and public audiences.

As a project coordinator and academic program professional, I manage timelines, budgets, logistics, documentation, communications, and competing priorities to keep complex initiatives moving smoothly. I also write, edit, translate, and synthesize information into clear materials for varied audiences.

Alongside program operations, I develop university courses, support faculty-led arts and academic projects, and conduct independent musicology research. I bring more than nine years of higher education experience, native fluency in English and Russian, and a proactive, organized approach to collaboration.
