I’m looking for a role where I can coordinate projects and lead programs with a growth mindset—strengthening team cohesion, driving process improvement, communicating clearly with stakeholders, and navigating cross-cultural challenges with attention to detail.

I’m a project coordinator and leader with four years of experience managing teams and leading an international program. I prioritize team cohesion, attention to detail, cross-cultural collaboration, and a growth mindset while keeping work aligned with stakeholder needs.

With 14 years of professional experience in education, I bring a strong foundation in mentoring, communication, and measurable outcomes. Most recently, I led the growth of the PAMS program at Woosong University - Endicott College of International Studies, scaling enrollments from ~350 students in over 600 enrollments to ~700 students in over 1,000 enrollments across four semesters. I coordinated grading submission and certificate issuance for 20+ courses led by 15 professors, ensuring compliance with university-mandated deadlines.

I also improved team workflow and communication by installing Trello, developed onboarding protocols for teacher assistants, and deployed solutions within less than 48 hours to resolve a large-scale technical issue affecting enrolled students. Through clear documentation, structured collaboration, and consistent follow-through, I help teams deliver on time, stay aligned, and support learners and stakeholders.
