I’m seeking a remote HR Generalist opportunity where I can continue contributing my 13+ years in HR management—recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and compliance—while maintaining efficiency and professionalism in a work-from-home environment.

I’m a results-driven HR professional with 13+ years of experience in recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and compliance. In my current role as an HR Supervisor, I supervise daily HR operations across hiring, employee relations, and HR records.

I oversee the hiring process—from job posting and screening to interviewing and onboarding—and ensure compliance with company policies and Philippine labor laws. I also handle employee concerns, disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and coordinate employee performance evaluations with department heads.

Earlier, I supported HR and admin operations at Onestop Logistics Solutions and SAOP Manpower Services, including payroll preparation, attendance monitoring, benefits administration, and HR documentation. I’m now seeking a remote HR Generalist role where I can bring my HR management experience and maintain efficiency and professionalism.
